HOW TO APPLY AS A PROTECTIVE COATING:Note: Always start with a clean bare surface. Remove all dirt, stains, glues and previous coatings. If you don’t they will be preserved for the life of the coating
- Using a short nap paint roller, apply evenly and thinly at the rate shown on the chart. Do not over apply or allow to puddle.
- Allow at least 24 hours to dry thoroughly. May require more drying time in high traffic areas.
- May be burnished to a higher sheen with high speed machine with animal hair pad. Contact your nearest PROTECT CRETE® office for details.
HOW TO USE AS A SAND CONSOLIDATOR:
- Use low pressure non-atomising spray unit
- Apply to the newly placed finished surface as soon as it is practical to walk on without damaging.
- Use small squeegee to wipe excess product from paver tops into sand joints.
- Do not allow surplus pooled product to air dry on pavers

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Protect areas not intended for coverage as product is very difficult to remove when dry.
- When used as a coating Surface Save & Seal™ must be applied in a thin layer, otherwise the strength of the bond will be compromised. For a thicker layer apply subsequent coats 24 hours after each application.
- Surface Save & Seal™ will adhere to the first surface it meets, including dirt. If product adheres to dirt. it may peel up. If this occurs, peel away the weak areas, clean the surface and reapply.
- Surface Save & Seal™ has a minor almost insignificant trace of VOC.
- Incidental skin contact should not be hazardous, but ingestion or eye contact should be avoided.
- Special note for concrete block: Block quality, cement content and porosity size can vary widely. Some may never be completely waterproofed and will only be damp proofed. Spray twice.
- Do not apply to surface in full sun or if temperature is over 24°C.
- We recommend the use of a painters mask during application. Refer to MSDS.
