Queensland Sales Manager Appointment

Protect Crete Queensland's continuing growth & success of products throughout the state over the last 4 years has seen a new headquarters/warehouse purchased in Burleigh Heads with the opening imminent. Andrew McLeay, Protect Crete Queensland Director, who has been involved with the Protect Crete technology for over 7 years said, ”We have a distributor network over the entire state including far north and west Queensland that services the Concrete, Construction, Waterproofing and Flooring Industries. We continue to support our distributors businesses and their customers and are excited to announce the appointment of Wayne Miller as Protect Crete Queensland Sales Manager.”

”I am excited about being a part of the Protect Crete Australia organization, particularly based back here in sunny Queensland and look forward to becoming an integral part of what has been already established by Andrew & Sam McLeay. I'm looking forward to bringing to the fore my own skills and past experiences to those in need of Protect Crete’s quality systems,”  Wayne explained. “I initially served time as apprentice electrician for a number of years both on the tools and in sales. I moved on to having had a vast cross section of experiences covering managing a Stevedore company, working on road camps and oil rigs in Papua New Guinea, to building houses. More recently I spent many years in the chemical industry, before becoming involved with Protect Crete. Three years ago in New Zealand I was first introduced to the Protect Crete systems and products. Starting my own company in partnership with a friend, the Protect Crete range encompassed residential, commercial and industrial projects, with great success. It was only in late 2008, after a brief holiday in Queensland, that my wife and I decided to return here to work & reside.

I strongly believe that Protect Crete technology and products offer fantastic benefits and remedies to all industries involved with concrete.”
