DRY BATCHING DIRECTIONS:
-
Determine volume needed at 6.5mls per Kg or .65
Litres per 100 kg of portland cement
-
Into a clean, rinsed transit mixer truck add 90% of
the water prior to adding pre-determined volume of Mix Water Enhancer.
-
Pull truck under plant for loading.
-
With mixer turning in its mixing mode, load
approximately 90% of the total mix water BEFORE loading cement and
aggregate.
-
Load cement, aggregates (in any order) and balance
of mix water.
There must be at
least 110 revolutions on the transit mixer before concrete is placed
at pour site or product may not perform as it should!
Slump may be adjusted
on site using plain water, followed by 5 minutes of additional mixing.
|
For central batching Mix Water Enhancer can be
pre-dosed into a storage water tank used for continuous batching. Call
for help to determine dosage rates.
Never add Mix Water Enhancer directly into the
already combined mix. Always add to the mix water before the cement and
aggregates.
Mix Water Enhancer concrete produces a very
homogenous and workable concrete that is easy to clean off tools, trucks
and pumps.
Saving time again!
